About the Authors

Manoj Joshi, an Indian national, is a journalist who has worked for some of the country's best known dailies and news magazines. He is currently completing an assignment as the Washington Correspondent of the Financial Express, a daily published out of eight centers in India. A Ph.D. in American Studies from the Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi, he specializes in foreign policy.
